The documentation on installing qmail-ldap and qmail-ldap configuration is created in hope that it will be useful for many of those newbies trying to install qmail-ldap. The document would be incomplete if I don't talk about LDAP server installation which is prerequisite for qmil-ldap. Also I will try to track down some problems that may arise during qmail-ldap installation in a seperate errata page.

This documentation also addresses some issues like spam control using spamassassin and antivirus implementation using Clam Antivirus. There are some miscellenious issues explained in seperate documents, just to keep the flow for related documents and completeness. There are multitude of ways to glue the antispam. For our installation we will be using Simscan as glue to qmail-ldap, Spamassassin and Clam AV.
